Shipping Policy
Shipping Carrier:
All orders are shipped using Quiqup, a trusted courier service known for efficient and secure deliveries.
Order Processing Time:
- Orders are processed and dispatched within 2 to 7 business days.
- Processing time does not include weekends or public holidays.
- During high-volume periods (sales, holidays), there may be slight delays in processing and dispatch.
Shipping Locations:
- We ship worldwide.
- Delivery timelines will vary depending on the destination country and customs processing.
Delivery Terms:
- All international orders are shipped DDP (Delivered Duty Paid). This means that Bears Breeches covers all customs duties and import taxes on your behalf.
- Please note that we are not VAT-registered; no VAT is charged at checkout, and prices are inclusive of all applicable shipping costs.
Shipping Confirmation & Tracking:
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order is shipped.
Important Address Guidelines:
- Customers are solely responsible for providing accurate shipping details.
- All addresses must be entered using English characters only.
- Bears Breeches is not liable for lost shipments due to incorrect address entries.
Returns & Exchanges Policy
Eligibility for Returns:
Items may be returned if they are:
- Unused, unworn, and in original condition
- Tags and packaging intact
- Returned within 14 days of receiving the orderReturn Process:
- Email info@bearsbreeches.com with your order number, item(s), and reason for return.
- Upon approval, we will send return instructions and address.
- Use a tracked service to return the item securely.
Return Shipping Costs:
- Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
- Bears Breeches is not responsible for lost or damaged return parcels.
Refunds:
- After receiving and inspecting the item, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.
- Allow 5-10 business days for the refund to reflect after approval.
Exchanges:
To exchange an item, follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.
Non-Returnable Items
- Gift cards
- Personalized or custom-made items
- Items marked final sale or clearance
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:
- Contact us within 3 days of delivery at info@bearsbreeches.com
- Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos if possible
- We will resolve it with a replacement, store credit, or refund
